How PDF Master Pro handles voluntary support and advertising
Understand optional support methods, when site receipts are available, and why a displayed button does not prove a live integration.

The document tools and optional support are separate
PDF Master Pro's document tools are available without a tool account or a required support payment. Voluntary support is intended to help with development, hosting and maintenance. It does not remove browser-memory limits, guarantee conversion accuracy or buy an accounting, legal or accessibility certification.
This page explains the payment design and its boundaries. It is not a financial report, a promise that a particular provider account is approved or a claim that every optional integration is live. A payment button can exist in the interface before the matching server configuration is available.
Distinguish direct links from verified checkout
The support interface can show a static UPI QR and a direct PayPal.me link. These methods send the payer to a payment provider or app. A displayed QR image does not prove that a merchant account can currently receive money. Confirm the recipient and amount in your payment application before authorizing a payment.
A direct QR transfer or PayPal.me visit does not automatically give the website a trustworthy order callback. A screenshot, a typed transaction identifier or a browser success message is not sufficient evidence for a verified site receipt. Do not expect automatic website receipts or owner email notifications for these direct methods unless a matching, verified merchant integration has actually been provided.
How the server-verified checkout is designed
Where configured, Razorpay checkout uses a server-created order and verifies the provider response. Supported rupee presets are shown in the interface. The separate PayPal server checkout uses a provider order/capture flow with its displayed dollar presets. Provider-supported methods, merchant eligibility and availability are determined by those services.
The site records only verified payment status before producing a payment-confirmation receipt. Successful capture, refund state, receipt access and notification delivery are separate events. An unavailable payment server should stop the checkout rather than invite a second unverified payment.
If a payment appears pending or uncertain, inspect the provider's own transaction record before trying again. Do not send your card number, CVV, account password, OTP or UPI PIN through the contact form. A provider reference may be sufficient for an authorized support inquiry, but do not publish it in a public comment.
Receipts and optional contact details
The implemented receipt system can retain transaction references, amount, currency, verification/refund status and optional supporter name/email. It does not require the site to store card numbers or UPI PINs. Private receipt links expire, and receipt/dashboard responses are excluded from intentional service-worker caching.
A receipt is a confirmation of voluntary support, not a tax-deductible donation certificate or a GST invoice. Provider fees, tax treatment and retention obligations depend on the operator and applicable rules. No charitable registration or legal status is implied by the word “support.”
Email notifications require a configured, authorized sender and delivery provider. An email accepted by a provider is not proof that it reached an inbox. Review the Privacy Policy for these separate processing and retention practices.
Advertising and editorial independence
Advertising is optional and depends on a valid publisher configuration, provider approval and appropriate consent management. A banner or a local technical test does not establish AdSense approval. The PDF tools remain usable when optional tracking is rejected.
Guides are written to explain actual tool behavior and limitations. Advertising or voluntary support should not be presented as proof of expertise or as a reason to hide an operation's trade-offs. Read the editorial policy and testing methodology for how corrections and verification are handled.
