Support transaction records

Cloudflare D1 stores payment references, amounts, currency, verification/refund status, receipt identifiers and optional supporter name/email. Owner access is authenticated. Contact details are eligible for owner-triggered removal after 90 days; financial references remain pending a lawful retention schedule approved by the operator. Receipt access links expire after 14 days. Resend processes receipt and owner notification emails. API responses, dashboard pages and receipts use no-store and are excluded from service-worker caches. Contact support@pdfmaspro.com for access, correction, deletion and retention questions.

1. Who We Are

PDF Master Pro (pdfmaspro.com) is a free online PDF tool suite. For privacy-related questions, contact us at support@pdfmaspro.com or via our Contact page.

2. Your Files — Browser-based

PDF Master Pro processes all files in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The document tools do not include a document-upload API. Files and output remain in browser memory until you download them, leave the tool, or close the tab. Some assets are cached for offline use; document files are not intentionally cached by the service worker. Third-party scripts, browser extensions and device security affect your overall privacy. Review the separate data flows below before using optional services.

3. Information We Collect

Contact forms collect the name, email address and message you submit and send them through Resend to support. Newsletter signup sends your email to Kit/ConvertKit. Do not submit sensitive documents or passwords. Optional third-party services may also process personal information:

  Google Analytics (optional) — When configured and permitted through Privacy choices, Google Analytics receives usage and device data. It is disabled by default in this project.

  Google AdSense (when approved and configured) — Can display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve personalised ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. See Section 4 below for full disclosure.

  Razorpay (voluntary support payments) — If you choose to support us, Razorpay collects payment information per their own privacy policy. We store payment references, amount, currency, status and optional supporter contact details for receipts; never card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.

  PayPal (voluntary support payments) — If you support us via PayPal, PayPal's own privacy policy applies. Verified checkout can store transaction references, amount, currency, status and optional supporter details for receipts; not PayPal passwords or card credentials.

4. Google AdSense & Advertising — Full Disclosure

When approved and configured, PDF Master Pro can use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Ad serving stays disabled until valid publisher identifiers and appropriate consent management are configured. This page does not assert AdSense approval.

• Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website and others.

5. Cookies

The site stores theme, language and optional tracking preferences in localStorage. The service worker caches application assets; OCR may cache its language data. Optional tracking is off until you allow it through Privacy choices. Cookies may be set by third-party services:

• Google AdSense cookies — for advertising personalisation (opt out via Google Ad Settings)

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect advertisement display but will not affect the functionality of any PDF tool.

6. Children's Privacy

PDF Master Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Our tools are general-purpose utilities not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

For contact messages or newsletter information, contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Newsletter messages should include the provider’s unsubscribe option. For data held by third-party services (Google, Razorpay, PayPal), refer to their respective privacy policies. If you have a specific concern, contact us and we will assist where possible.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PDF Master Pro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
