How we check PDF Master Pro

Updated

We check implemented workflows with representative files and inspect their downloaded outputs. The aim is to catch broken conversions and inaccurate product claims. Passing a sample does not certify every input, browser or professional use.

Check the result, not just the page

Opening a tool is a routing check. A conversion check also runs the operation and inspects the result: PDF page count and content, editable DOCX text, worksheet values or recognized OCR text. Image-based operations are inspected as rendered content. Compression and grayscale intentionally flatten pages, so selectable text is not a valid success requirement for those particular outputs.

Editable Word checks

We inspect the DOCX package and XML for actual text, supported table structure and page sections. Editing a body word, saving and reopening verifies an additional property that a page-sized image cannot provide. Independent rendering can reveal blank pages, overlapping frames or lost script glyphs that package validation alone misses. Complex layout can still change after editing, and a local compatibility check is not native Microsoft Word verification on every Windows device.

Multilingual text and OCR

Samples include the scripts used by the ten supported interface/document languages. We compare preserved characters and rendered glyphs and check Arabic reading direction and digits. OCR checks use raster input so that an existing native text layer cannot be mistaken for recognition. Recognized names, identifiers, dates and amounts still need comparison with the original.

Spreadsheet and financial checks

Examples include meaningful leading zeros, UTF-8 text, long cells and extra columns. We check candidate rows and totals, but do not authenticate bank statements or invoices. Bank/GST parsing retains its Indian document scope; changing the interface language does not broaden that scope.

Privacy, errors and application behavior

Checks include invalid input handling, repeated downloads, local asset loading, route metadata, mobile layout and selected accessibility rules. The service worker is checked for user-controlled updates and warmed offline operations. Application assets may be cached; receipt and owner-dashboard paths are excluded. These checks do not establish full accessibility compliance, a security certification or privacy on a compromised device.

Environment and external limits

The recorded release checks use Chromium on Linux and a local Cloudflare Pages runtime. Native Windows Word, Safari/iOS, Firefox and live field performance require their own verification. Real payment capture, provider email delivery, hosted owner login and external account approvals cannot be inferred from local mocked responses. They remain separate until authorized credentials and actual verification are available.

Test material and corrections

Public examples are synthetic. Private reproduction documents supplied for a support task are not included in public guides or release examples. Keep your original and test a small representative file in the application where the result will be used. Report the tool, browser and observed issue through Contact without sending confidential material or passwords.

Use the workflow guides to choose an operation and the editorial policy to understand attribution and corrections.
